HEALING OVERVIEW: Central to this path are the practices of energetic hygiene and sovereignty: Cleansing (The Limpieza): Just as you shower to clean your physical body, you must cleanse your luminous energy field (aura). We accumulate "spiritual static"—the stress of the city, the heavy emotions of others, and our own negative thought-forms. Using sacred smoke (Sage, Palo Santo, Cedar), sound (drums, rattles, bells), or "Florida Water," we sweep this heavy energy (Hucha) down into the Earth, which mulches it.
