Service Description

From the shamanic caves of the ancients to the modern hypnotherapy chair, Guided Meditation and Trance are the vehicles we use to travel the inner landscape. While they are often used interchangeably, there is a nuance: Meditation is the practice of focus, while Trance is the state of being that allows us to access the deeper layers of consciousness. When you follow a guide’s voice, you are not surrendering control; you are engaging a "co-pilot" for your consciousness. The guide occupies your analytical mind (the Ego) with imagery and instruction, allowing your Spirit—the intuitive, limitless self—to step forward and take the wheel. HEALING OVERVIEW: In our normal waking life, we operate in Beta brainwaves (alert, analytical, stressed). Guided trance gently slows these waves down into Alpha (relaxed creativity) and eventually Theta (4–7 Hz). Theta is the "Twilight State" between wakefulness and sleep. It is the realm of the Shamanic Journey, deep hypnosis, and REM sleep. Here, the veil between the physical and the spiritual is thinnest. In this state, the brain is highly neuroplastic; it accepts visualization as reality, allowing us to rewire neural pathways without the resistance of the conscious mind. BENEFITS: As a tool for both psychological relief and spiritual ascension, the benefits are vast: Emotional Alchemy: We can safely access buried emotions or "shadow" aspects of the self. By meeting them in a trance state with compassion rather than judgment, we transmute trauma into power. The "Practice Run" for Reality: The subconscious mind cannot distinguish between a vivid visualization and physical reality. By rehearsing success, healing, or confidence in a trance, you physically wire your brain to achieve it in the waking world. Spiritual Contact: This is the primary method for Shamanic Journeying. In this liminal space, you can meet Spirit Guides, Power Animals, or access the "Akashic Records" (the library of your soul’s history) for guidance and wisdom. Physiological Restoration: Deep trance triggers the "Relaxation Response" more potently than sleep. Twenty minutes of deep, guided Theta trance can provide the restorative equivalent of several hours of sleep, lowering cortisol and boosting immune function. Intuitive Expansion: Regular practice thins the barrier between you and your Higher Self, making your intuition louder and clearer in your daily life.
