Cancellation Policy
One Rising, LLC - Booking & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: April 2, 2025 Thank you for choosing One Rising, LLC! We look forward to serving you. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. 1. Booking Your Service: Services can be booked through our website, in-person with a One Rising staff member, by phone at: (269) 888.5550 or by email at: Info@One-Rising.com. We require valid credit card details to hold your appointment slot or charge for your appointment if booked through our website. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but it will be held according to our cancellation policy (see below). Payment is due in full at the time of service or booking (if booked through our website). Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email (and/or SMS message) detailing your appointment time, date, service(s) booked, and location (if applicable). Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it. 2. Rescheduling Your Appointment: We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 12 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. To reschedule, please contact us by calling us at 269.888.5550 or by emailing Info@One-Rising.com. Appointments can be rescheduled one time without penalty, provided sufficient notice of at least 24 hours' is given. Further rescheduling may be subject to a fee or treated as a cancellation. 3. Cancelation or Rescheduling Request Charges: Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $20. Requests made with less than 1 hour notice may be subject to a charge of up-to 50% of the total appointment cost.
